摘要
生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)是生长激素促分泌素受体(Growth hormone secretagogue receptor,GHSR)的一种内源性配体,主要在胃肠道内产生。目前不少鱼类的Ghrelin基因和氨基酸序列已经确定。鱼类Ghrelin能促进生长激素(GH)、促黄体释放激素(LH)的分泌,并参与摄食调节,表明Ghrelin是一种具有多种生理活性的多肽。综述了鱼类Ghrelin及其受体的结构和分布,并对其调控机理进行了简要介绍,最后论述了Ghrelin在鱼类中的生理功能,旨在为Ghrelin在鱼类营养生理学及内分泌生理学中的研究提供参考。
Ghrelin is an endogenous ligand of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor(GHS-R) and mainly produced in the gastrointestinal tract.The gene and amino acid sequences of Ghrelin have been identified recently in many fish species.Ghrelin can regulate food intake and stimulate the release of pituitary growth hormone and luteinizing hormone in fish,indicating it is a polypeptide with biological activity.In this review,we summarize the structure and distribution of Ghrelin and its receptor,give a brief introduction to its regulation mechanism,and discourse the physiological function in fish.We wish to provide reference for the research on Ghrelin in fish physiology of nutrition and endocrine.
