摘要
以2,6-二氯苯甲醛为原料,采用KF/Al2O3为催化剂,一步法反应合成2,6-二氯苯甲腈。反应的优化条件为:2,6-二氯苯甲醛与盐酸羟胺的摩尔比为1.0∶1.2,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为6.5 h,KF、Al2O3质量比为1.0∶1.5。用元素分析与红外光谱确定了目标化合物的结构。该合成路线是一种简单、经济的方法。
By using KF/Al2O3 as catalyst,the 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile was synthesized from the raw material-2,6-dichlorobenzaldehyde via one-step.Optimal reaction conditions were 2,6-dichlorobenzaldehyde: hydroxylamine hydrochloride(molar ratio) 1.0∶1.2,reaction temperature 110 ℃,reaction time 6.5 h,KF∶Al2O3(weight ratio) 1.0∶1.5.The structure of these compounds had been determined by IR spectra and elemental analysis.The reported method affords a simple and economical method.
