基于层次分析法的荆州市农业自主创新能力评价研究

Study on the Agricultural Independent Innovation Capability Evaluation in Jingzhou Prefecture Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process

针对荆州市农业发展现状,在阐述自主创新能力内涵的基础上,基于层次分析模型,构建了荆州市农业自主创新能力评价指标体系。并结合荆州市2005-2009年的农业创新活动数据,对荆州市农业自主创新能力进行实证分析和综合评价。从而为政府等相关部门制定农业自主创新相关政策提供依据,提高荆州市农业自主创新能力。

According to agricultural development status of Jingzhou prefecture,the connotation of the independent innovation capability was expounded,using analytic hierarchy process method to structure an evaluation index system for the agricultural independent innovation capability of Jingzhou prefecture.And using agricultural innovation activity data from 2005 to 2009,an empirical analysis and comprehensive evaluation on the agricultural independent innovation capability had been carried on,so as to provide the basis for the government and other related agricultural sector to develop agricultural innovation policies,improve the agricultural independent innovation capability of Jingzhou prefecture.
