摘要
利用内蒙古的调查数据分析了原料奶生产组织模式对奶农安全养殖行为的影响。研究表明,散养模式、奶牛养殖小区模式对奶农消毒安全行为的影响系数为负,散养模式对挤奶安全行为的影响系数也为负。奶牛养殖场模式和奶联社模式在规范奶农行为、保障奶源质量安全等方面具有较强的优势。
Inner Mongolia survey data was used to analyze the impact of raw milk production model on safe breeding behavior of dairy farmers.Studies proved that Backyard mode,cow-farm managing mode,dairy farming model and cooperation of milk industry model impact disinfection behavior,milking behavior by 1% and 5% significance test.Thereinto,the dairy farming model and cooperation of milk industry model had a strong advantage to regulate the dairy farmers behavior and protection of milk quality and safety.
