摘要
以生长在Cd胁迫处理土壤中的水稻收获种子为材料,以未进行Cd胁迫处理的相同品种水稻的收获种子为对照,对各水稻种子进行催芽萌发和水培试验,研究了镉胁迫对水稻收获种子质量的影响。结果表明,Cd胁迫降低了水稻收获种子的千粒重,随着Cd胁迫浓度升高,下降幅度增大;Cd胁迫水稻收获种子的发芽势和发芽率以及种子萌发过程中α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶的活性均比对照低,下降幅度随胁迫浓度增大而增大;Cd胁迫水稻收获种子形成的乳苗株高、植株鲜干重、叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、可溶性蛋白质含量与对照相比均下降。说明镉胁迫对水稻子代的生长发育具有一定的影响。
Using the seeds harvested from the rice which planted in cadmium applied soil as material,and using the seeds from the same rice variety which was planted in non-cadmium applied soil as contrast,the effect of cadmium stress on the quality of rice was studied.The results showed that cadmium stress could decrease the 1000-grain weight,the germinative force,germination percentage,and the activity of α-amylase and β-amylase,and the decrease extent increased with the increasing of cadmium concentration.Meanwhile,the height,fresh and dry weight,chlorophyll content of leaves,photosynthetic rate of leaves,and the content of soluble protein in leaves of the progeny seedling from the seeds stressed by cadmium were all lower than that from the contrast.These results indicated that cadmium stress had some negative effect on the growth and development of the rice offspring.
