绞股蓝添加剂对肉鸡胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的影响

The Influence of Gynostemma Pentaphylla Additive on the Cholesterol and Triglyceride Content of Broiler

选用体重、日龄基本一致的健康三黄肉鸡300只,随机分为3组:对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅰ组饲喂含0.5%绞股蓝(Gynostemma pentaphylla)添加剂的基础日粮;试验Ⅱ组饲喂含1.0%绞股蓝添加剂的基础日粮。定期采样抽血,测定血液中的胆固醇和甘油三酯含量。结果表明,在三黄肉鸡基础日粮中添加一定量的绞股蓝添加剂可以降低三黄肉鸡的胆固醇含量,提高阶段增重和饲料转化率,降低甘油三酯的含量。此外,还可有效地减少肉鸡拉痢等疾病的发病率。

300 healthy three-yellow broilers at the age of 30 days and with similar weight were randomly allocted to 3 groups and fed with different diets.The broilers in control group were fed with basal diet,the diet in group I and group II were added with Gynostemma Pentaphylla additive at the dose of 0.5% and 1%,respectively.The blood of the broilers in each group were collected and detected periodically.The result showed that the cholesterol content in three groups was different,the highest cholesterol content was in the control group,and followed by treat group Ⅱ,and treat groupⅠ.It was indicated that the contents of cholesterol and triglyceride in three-yellow broilers could be decreased by adding G.pentaphylla in basal diet.The staged weight gain and feed conversion rate of the broilers were increased and the morbidity of dysendery were effectively decreased.
