摘要 采用正交试验筛选山豆根多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,山豆根多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶10(m/V,g∶mL),提取2次,提取时间90 min,此条件下山豆根多糖提取率为3.62%。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,适用于山豆根多糖的提取。 Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep..The content of total polysaccharides was determined by phenol-vitriolic colorimetry.The optimum extraction technology of polysaccharide was as followed,solid to liquid ratio,1∶10(m/V,g∶mL);extraction time,90 min;extracting twice.The content of polysaccharide was 3.62%.The method was simple,accurate,sensitive and suitable for extraction polysaccharide from S.tonkinensis.
