摘要
以烟草为原料,浸泡后通过除去浸提液中的色素、果胶、蛋白质等杂质后,调整一定的pH,加入硫酸铜,使浸提液中的尼古丁形成Cu(Ⅱ)-尼古丁配合物。利用配合物的热不稳定性,加热使配合物中的配体尼古丁释放出来,从而达到从烟草中提取高纯度尼古丁的目的。结果表明,用此方法提取的尼古丁纯度可达98.3%,提取过程简单有效,设备简单,硫酸铜试剂还可回收利用。
After soaking raw material of tobacco,the pH of extract was adjusted after removing impurities such as pigment,pectin,protein,etc.;then copper sulfate was added to form Cu(Ⅱ)-nicotine complex in extract.Thermal instability of Cu(Ⅱ)-nicotine complex was adopt to release the ligand through heating,so high purity nicotine was obtained.The results showed that the purity of nicotine was over 98.3% by this method,and the extracting process was simple while effective;the apparatus was not complicated and copper sulfate could be recycled.
