N^+辐照与高温热激对小麦幼苗抗寒性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 植物抗寒性是衡量其抗逆性的一个重要方面,以小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)干种子为材料,经低能离子束辐照处理后,常规培养至其三叶期时经42℃热激处理,再经4℃冷处理,研究其抗寒性变化。结果表明,在某些离子注入量下幼苗的抗寒性明显提高,膜伤害程度降低;高温热激使得低离子注入量下幼苗的脯氨酸和丙二醛含量比常温时升高,而高离子注入量下低于常温;真空高温处理的幼苗细胞膜伤害最小,说明低能离子注入与高温热激共同作用能够进一步提高植物抗寒性。 The cold hardiness of plants is one of the important aspects to measure its resistance.The dry seeds of wheat(Triticum aestivun cv.Xiaoyan81) were irradiated by low-energy N+,and heat shocked at 42 ℃ at 3-leaves stage to study the dynamics of its hardiness at 4 ℃.The results showed that the cold hardiness of seedling was obviously increased under some ion implantation quantity as the damage of cell membrane reduced.High temperature increased praline and malondialdehyde content in wheat seedlings with low dose of ion implantation compared to those under normal temperature;while decreased with high ion implantation quantity.The cell membrane of seedling treated by vacuum and high temperature had the minimum damage,indicating that combination of low-energy N+ and high temperature could enhance the cold hardiness of plant.
