海南切花月季产业发展的三维SWOT分析

Three-Dimensional SWOT Analysis on the Development of Out-of-Season Cut Roses Industry in Hainan

通过引入古典战略思想,完善SWOT的层次结构和分析功能,同时从行业角度对相关因素进行分析,以避免由于SWOT内外环境严格分割而造成的缺陷。通过创建三维SWOT分析方法研究海南反季节切花月季产业发展战略,层次性更强、更清晰。结果表明,海南切花月季产业仍处于初级和上升阶段,要利用海南冬春气候优势,实施增长型战略。

In this study,the hierarchy and analysis functions of SWOT were improved by introducing classical strategic thinking.At the same time,in order to avoid the defects caused by the strict partition of internal and external environment in SWOT,related factors from the industry point of view were analyzed.And then the development of out-of-season cut roses in Hainan was studied by creating the three-dimensional SWOT analysis.It showed that the hierarchy of the SWOT was stronger and clearer.According to the analysis,the cut roses industry in Hainan was in its beginning stage and rising period.Thus,the Hainan’s climate advantage in winter and spring should be made use of,and the growth-type strategy was carried out.
