氢化物发生原子荧光法测定银鱼中的砷、汞、硒、镉 被引量:1

摘要 采用微波消解法处理银鱼(Lindera aggregate(Sims)Kosterm)样品,然后用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定样品中的砷、汞、硒和镉的含量。结果表明,该方法的加标回收率为95.8%~104.6%,相对标准偏差均小于4%,具有良好的精密度和准确度。4种元素的检出限为0.04~0.13 ng/mL,能满足水产品中金属元素的测定要求。银鱼中砷、汞、硒和镉的含量均未超出限量值。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,在实际样品的测定中得到了满意的结果。 Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion was applied to determine As,Hg,Se and Cd in white bait.The results showed that the recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 95.8% and 104.6%,and the RSD was lower than 4.0%,which showed good accuracy and precision.The limits of detection were between 0.04 ng/mL and 0.13 ng/mL,which met the testing requirements of four inorganic elements in aquatic products.The contents of As,Hg,Se and Cd in white bait were within the limitation.This method was simple,rapid and sensitive,so it could be successfully used for the determination of As,Hg,Se and Cd in white bait.
