试论农村土地承包经营权流转的现状及完善

农村土地承包经营权的流转对促进中国"三农"问题解决、提高农民收入有积极的作用。在概述农村土地承包经营权的基础上,探讨了当前中国农村土地承包经营权流转的现状及存在问题的诱因,并提出了完善建议。

The transfer of the right to the contracted management of rural land to promote national agriculture,rural areas and farmers’ that the root of the problem solving,and the improvement of farmers’ incomes have a positive effect.This paper analyzes the concept of the contracted management of rural land,explores the current Chinese country rural contracted management of land circulation some issues appeared in,and put forward the improvement suggestions.
