摘要
以切花月季为试材,放入经脉冲处理1 h后的50 mg/L纳米银(Nano silver,NS)溶液中,对切花月季在瓶插期间的瓶插寿命、花瓣的细胞相对电导率、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)和过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)的活性等生理生化指标的动态变化进行了研究。结果表明,NS加脉冲处理可显著延长切花月季的瓶插寿命,延缓其花瓣相对电导率的上升和MDA含量的增加,且在瓶插期的第三天至第九天有效提高抗氧化酶SOD的活性,在整个瓶插期间提高CAT和POD的活性。
The cut rose was put into the 50 mg/L nano silver(NS) solution which had been treated by pulse for 1 h;the dynamic change of some physiological and biochemical indexes during the vase period such as vase life of cut rose,relative conductivity of the petal cell,malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide enzyme(SOD),catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) activity were determined.Results showed that NS plus pulse could significantly extend the vase life of cut rose,delay the increase of relative conductivity and MDA content of petal.And of the SOD activity was increased during the 3rd and 9th day of vase period;while the activity of CAT and POD was increased during the whole vase period.
