基于生态承载力差值的生态用地调控研究——以河北省霸州市为例

Research on the Ecological Land Use Control Based on the Ecological Carrying Capacity Difference:A Case Study of Bazhou City,Hebei Province

以河北省霸州市为研究区域,在生态环境分析的基础上,构建生态承载力综合评价体系,计算综合评价指数,通过指数差值预测生态用地调控量。在可供生态用地约束下,制定生态用地调控方案,并有针对性地提出对策与建议。

Taking Bazhou city of Hebei province as the study area,on the basis of the analysis of the ecological environment,a comprehensive evaluation system of ecological carrying capacity and calculate the comprehensive evaluation index was constructed,then the amount of ecological land control was predicted by the index difference.Within the constraints of ecological land available to develop,regulation and control programs of the ecological land were established;and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed accordingly.
