改性木薯淀粉阻磷酸钙垢性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以木薯淀粉和丙烯酰胺为原料,以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠(NH4)2S2O8-NaHSO3为引发体系,合成木薯淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物(SGA)。研究了共聚物(SGA)在不同水质条件下对Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢性能,探讨了共聚物浓度、恒温温度及恒温时间等条件对Ca3(PO4)2阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,阻垢剂SGA浓度为55 mg/L时阻垢率最高,达96.1%。较长的恒温时间仍能保持较高的阻垢率,具有较高的时效性。SGA对介质温度的适应范围较宽,适合用于高温用水系统中阻磷酸钙垢。 The cassava starch and acrylamidee as raw materials and ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate(NH4)2S2O8-NaHSO3 as the initiator system were introduced,the scale inhibitng properties of SGA copolymer under different experiment water condition on the calcium phosphate were studied.The effects of temperature,times and concentration of copolymer were analyzed.The results showed that when inhibitor of SGA’s concentration was 55 mg / L,the scale inhibition ratio reached 96.1%.Longer holding time still maintained a high inhibition rate with good efficiency.With a wide range of medium temperature adaptation,it was suitable for resisting calcium phosphate forming fouling in high temperature in water systems.
