红花蜂花粉多糖提取工艺的优化及其抗氧化性质研究 被引量:19

摘要 采用水提醇沉法从红花(Carthamus tinctorius L.)蜂花粉中提取多糖,以多糖提取率为指标,设计正交试验优化多糖提取的工艺条件,并观察红花蜂花粉多糖在体外的抗氧化作用。结果表明,红花蜂花粉多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度90℃、提取时间12 h、料水质量比1:15;此工艺条件下多糖平均得率为2.35%。体外抗氧化结果表明,红花蜂花粉多糖对羟基自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)有一定的清除作用。 The polysaccharide of bee pollen of Carthamus tinctorius L.was isolated by water extracting-alcohol precipitating method.Taking the yield of polysaccharide as indicator,the extracting conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.Furthermore,the in vitro anti-oxidation activities of the polysaccharide were also observed.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of the polysaccharide were extracting at 90 ℃ for 12 h with mass ratio of material to water at 1∶15.Under these process conditions,the polysaccharide extraction yield was 2.35%.The polysaccharide had certain effect on scavenging free radicals of.OH and O2-..
