摘要
采用超高效液相色谱法对陕西汉中柑橘(Citrus reticulata)的皮、肉、橘络、橘子4个组织中的橙皮苷含量进行测定。结果表明,柑橘中的橙皮苷与其他成分均能达到有效分离,橘皮、橘肉、橘络、橘子中橙皮苷含量分别为332.21、50.85、581.34和641.73 mg/kg。该方法能够用于柑橘及相关产品中橙皮苷的分析检测。
The contents of hesperidin were determined in citrus peel,citrus flesh,dried tangerine fibre and citrus seed by UPLC.The results showed hesperidin could be separated with other substances in the provided chromatography conditions.The contents of hesperidin in citrus peel,citrus flesh,dried tangerine fibre and citrus seed were 332.21,50.85,581.84 and 641.73 mg / kg,respectively.The method can be used to determine the content of hesperidin in citrus and related products.
