ICP-MS法测定开口箭根茎中27种金属元素含量 被引量:3

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了湖北长阳产开口箭(Tupistra chinensis Bak.)根茎中27种金属元素的含量。其中13种金属元素V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Mo、Ag、Cd、Tl、Pb采用普通模式检测,14种金属元素Li、Be、B、Mg、Al、Co、Ni、Ga、Rb、Sr、Te、Ba、Bi、U采用碰撞/反应池技术(CCT)模式测定,以消除样品溶液中潜在的干扰。在试验条件下,Co、Ni、Cr、Zn、Se、Mo、Ag、Pb等8种金属元素未检出。ICP-MS检出限为:9.789 ng/mL(Fe)、2.691 ng/mL(Cr)、1.803 ng/mL(Zn)、2.076 ng/mL(B)、1.977ng/mL(Mg)、3.024 ng/mL(Al)、1.824 ng/mL(Ni),其他元素为0.003~0.921 ng/mL,方法的相对标准偏差为0.149%~9.732%,加标回收率为92.0%~110.0%。 The twenty seven metal elements in tuber of Tupistra chinensis Bak from Changyang were determined by ICP-MS.Fourteen elements such as Li,Be,B,Mg,Al,Co,Ni,Ga,Rb,Sr,Te,Ba,Bi and U were determined with the collision / reaction cell technology for the elimination of potential interference,and the other thirteen elements such as V、Cr、Mn、 Fe、Cu 、Zn、As、Se、Mo、Ag、Cd、Tl、Pb were detected by common mode.Under the experimental conditions,the eight elements svch as Co、Ni、Cr、Zn、Se、Mo、Ag、Pb were not checked out.The detection limits of method were as follow,9.789 ng / mL(Fe),2.691 ng / mL(Cr),1.803 ng / mL(Zn),2.076 ng / mL(B),1.977 ng / mL(Mg),3.024 ng / mL(Al),1.824 ng / mL(Ni).Detection limits for other elements were between 0.003 and 0.921 ng / mL,and RSDs were among 0.149% to 9.732% with good recoveries of 92.0%~110.0%.
