水稻蛋白质组研究进展

摘要 水稻(Oryza sativa L.)是世界上最重要的粮食作物,是人类获得植物蛋白质的主要来源之一。近年来,水稻蛋白质组学发展异常迅速,取得了非常显著的成绩。综述了国内外学者对水稻组织器官蛋白质组、亚细胞水平蛋白质组、逆境胁迫下的蛋白质组、激素诱导下的蛋白质组以及水稻突变体蛋白质组的最新研究进展。 Rice(Oryza sativa L.) is the most important food crop of the world and provides main source of plant protein.In recent years,the rice proteome research developed rapidly and had achieved very significant results.The recent advances of rice proteomics research were introduced detailed in five aspects from domestic and overseas scholars,which included rice tissues and organs,sub-cellular level,environment stress,hormone induced,and rice mutant.
