摘要
对9个不同来源的铁皮石斛种质材料在一个生育期内的主要植物学性状和体内多糖积累情况实施了动态测定,并于采收时统计单位面积产量。结果表明,铁皮石斛营养体生长呈"S"型曲线变化,在当年的2~9月生长速度最快;9个铁皮石斛种质材料的单位面积产量为90.65~407.08 g/m2,其中源于云南省广南县杨柳井乡、麻栗坡县天保镇、麻栗坡县麻栗镇的3个种质材料单位面积产量显著高于其他来源地的种质材料,单位面积产量分别为407.08、389.58、346.05 g/m2。在多糖积累上,9个铁皮石斛种质材料的多糖积累趋势一致,都是在当年12月为多糖积累的高峰期;其中源于福建省武夷山市种质材料的多糖含量最高,为25.23%,而源于云南省广南县杨柳井乡种质材料的多糖含量最低,为20.55%。
The main botanical characters and polysaccharide accumulation in the body of 9 Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo germplasm with different sources during one growth period were dynamically detected;and the yield per unit area was tested when harvesting.Results suggested that vegetative growth of D.officinale was an 'S' curve,the fastest growth rate appeared in February to September of a year;yield of 9 D.officinale germplasm materials was 90.65 ~407.08 g / m2,among which the germplasm materials from Yangliujing village of Guangnan county,Tianbao town and Mali town of Malipo county in Yunnan province had significantly higher than yield others,which was 407.08 g / m2,389.58 g / m2,346.05 g / m2,respectively.On the accumulation of polysaccharide,the 9 D.officinale germplasms showed similar tendency,as the peak was in December.Polysaccharide content was the highest in the germplasm from Wuyishan city of Fujian province(25.23%),while the lowest in the germplasm from Yangliujing village of Guangnan county,Yunnan province(20.55%).
