鸡蛋壳催化制备麻疯树生物柴油的工艺优化

Process Optimization for Synthesis of Biodiesel from Jatropha curcas Using Solid Base Catalyst Derived from Waste Eggshell

摘要 以废弃鸡蛋壳为原料制备固体碱催化剂,催化麻疯树(Jatropha curcas)子油制备生物柴油。采用Plackett-Burman试验设计筛选影响生物柴油产率的主要因素,而后以催化剂煅烧温度、催化剂用量以及醇油摩尔比为自变量,以生物柴油产率为响应值,根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,采用响应曲面法设计分析研究各自变量及其交互作用对麻疯树生物柴油制备的影响。利用预测的二次回归模型优化得到最佳工艺条件为煅烧温度950℃、催化剂用量9.0%、醇油摩尔比13∶1,在此条件下麻疯树生物柴油产率为92.89%。 Active solid base catalyst was prepared from waste eggshell and then applied for biodiesel production by bymethyl esterification of Jatropha curcas seed oil.Plackett-Burman design was applied to screen out the main factors influencing biodiesel yield.Furthermore,Box-Behnken Design(BBD) combined with response surface methodology was used to evaluate the effects of process parameters including calcinations temperature of catalyst,catalyst dose and methanol to oil molar ratio on yield of biodiesel.According to the quadratic polynomial regression model constructed,the optimal technological parameters were as follows,calcinations temperature of catalyst,950 ℃;catalyst dose,9.0%;methanol to oil molar ratio 13∶1.Under such conditions,the yield of biodiesel from J.curcas seed oil was 92.89%.
