摘要
在食用油灌装生产线上,利用两台可编程控制器(PLC)进行控制,一台控制食用油的灌装,一台控制食用油产品的装箱,生产过程中的有关参数通过人机界面设置,使生产线完全实现自动化。试验证明,采用PLC控制生产线灌装油的效率远高于半自动灌装生产线。
Two programmable logic controllers(PLC) were used on the filling production line of edible oil,one controlled the filling of edible oil,and the other controlled the packing of edible oil product.The relevant parameters of productive process were set through man-machine interface,so that the production line was fully automatic.The experiment proved that using PLC to control the filling production line of edible oil was much more efficient than semi-automatic filing line.
