新疆渭干河流域水土资源分析

Research on Water and Soil Resources in Weiganhe River Basin of Xinjiang

运用遥感手段对新疆渭干河流域的土地利用时空变化进行了研究,同时分析了渭干河流域土地利用变化对水资源的影响以及水资源对农业生产的影响。结果表明,对水土的平衡考虑不够,且急于求成,造成盲目开荒。用水管理部门和农户缺乏对水资源信息(来水量和来水时间)的了解,使得农户在灌溉时超计划灌水。监测手段落后,不能有效监测土地类型的变化。干旱半干旱地区生态环境的维持和演化直接受制于绿洲可用水资源量,一定量的水资源只能维持相应规模的绿洲。

Analysis of spatial-temporal change of land use in Weiganhe river basin using remote sensing tools was performed.Simultaneously,land-use change in Weiganhe river basin impacting on water resources and effects of water resources on agricultural production were analyzed.Soil and water balance in Weiganhe river basin was not considered thoroughly,and then opening up wasteland for cultivation was blinded.Since water management sectors and farmers lack the information of water resources,farmers were beyond the plan in irrigation.Monitoring methods were backward,and they could not effectively monitor land changes.The maintenance and evolution of the ecological environment in arid and semi-arid regions were directly enslaved to the amount of water available for use in the oasis,and a certain amount of water can only maintain the appropriate scale of the oasis.
