秦皇岛海域海产品汞污染状况及安全性评价 被引量:7

Total Mercury Content in Marine Products of Qinhuangdao Coastline and Its Health Risk Assessment

摘要 以秦皇岛海域捕捞作业渔场内主产的9种鲜活野生海产品为样本,对其总汞含量进行测定,初步评价其食用安全性。结果表明,海产品总汞平均含量为0.044 6 mg/kg,海产品总汞含量为日本蟳>沟螺>青鳞鱼>锯缘青蟹>虾蛄>真蛸>菲律宾蛤仔>毛蚶>刺参。安全性评价结果表明,食用秦皇岛海域捕捞海产品摄入的重金属汞对人体不具有潜在的健康风险,秦皇岛海域捕捞海产品体内总汞含量较低,符合国家水产品卫生和质量安全标准;秦皇岛海域野生海产品汞污染指数最高为0.147 6,危害商数均小于1。根据RfD、PTWI限值进行的摄入量估算值来看,儿童在食用日本蟳和沟螺时,日食用量不要超过0.37 kg,相对于汞的食用安全性来说,其他海产品一般不用限值饮食。 Taking nine kinds of captured live wild marine products of the Qinhuangdao fishing grounds as samples,we analysized the total mercury contents of the marine products,and preliminary evaluated their health risk assessment.The result showed that the average total mercury content was 0.044 6 mg/kg.The order was Charybdis japonica> Busycon canaliculatu > Harengulazunas>Scylla serrata >Edible mantis shrimp> Ooctopus ocellatus > Ruditapes philippinarum > Scapharca subcrenata > Stichopus japonicus.Safety evaluation showed that the total mercury content in the marine products of Qinhuangdao coastline was relatively low,accorded with the China national standard of aquatic for hygienic and safe evaluation.There were no potential health risk arising in the marine products and no risk to human health.The highest mercury pollution index was 0.147 6;THQs<1.According to the limit values of RfD、PTWI,the solar eclipse was not more than 0.37 kg when children ate red clip crabs and conches,however,there were no limited values to other marine products.
