农业产业集聚对农民收入的影响效应探讨

Research on the Effect of Agricultural Industry Clusters on Farmers’ Income

我国农民收入虽在不断增长,但增速缓慢,提高农民收入是解决收入分配差距较大问题的有效途径。理论分析认为,农业产业集聚由于政府、企业和机构的共同参与,能够有效地提高农民收入,政府有效发挥自身职能,弥补市场失灵;企业能够带动农民增收;机构的参与可以降低交易成本。但通过对河南新郑大枣农业产业集聚区的实证研究发现,农业产业集聚对农民收入增长的影响效应并不显著,并未发挥其应有的作用,据此提出相应的对策建议。

Although farmers’ income in China has been increasing,the growth rate is quite slow.The increase of farmers’ income is an effective way to solve the large income distribution gap.Theoretically agricultural industry clusters can contribute to the increase of farmers’ income effectively as the participation of governments,enterprises and institutions.The governments make their function validly through making up for market failure;enterprises can lead farmers to add income;the involvement of institutions can reduce transaction costs.But through the empirical study on agricultural industry gathering area of Xinzheng date in Henan province,the result showed that agricultural industry clusters made little effect on farmers’ income growth.So some corresponding countermeasures were put forward finally.
