摘要
于2011年4、7、9和11月对西溪湿地的11个采样点水样进行了不同形态氮含量的测定,分析了TN、NH3-N及NO3--N的空间分布及季节分布特征。结果表明,湿地公园出入水口附近的采样点水体中氮含量总体较高;西溪湿地水体中TN和NH3-N含量分别在11月份和9月份时达最高值,但均在4月份时最低,而NO3--N含量分别在11月份和7月份达至最高和最低水平;西溪湿地水质表现为季节性的TN和NH3-N超标,TN含量多达超V类水平,NH3-N含量多达III^V类水平,且7、9、11月超标相对严重。因此,今后应加强西溪湿地水质中TN和NH3-N的季节性监测和治理。
Through determining the contents of different forms of nitrogen in the water of 11 sampling sites of Xixi wetland in April, July, September and November of 2011, the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of TN, NH3-N and NO3--N in Xixi wetland water were analyzed. The results showed that the content of nitrogen in the sites near the inlet and outlet was generally higher than that of other sampling sites. The TN and NH3-N contents in Xixi wetland water increased to the highest respectively in November and September, but both of them were the lowest in April. However, the NO3--N content achieved the maximum and minimum levels in November and July respectively. The contents of TN and NH3-N of Xixi wetland exceeded the standard seasonally. The TN content reached super V level numerously while NH3-N content was within III ~V level, moreover, relatively serious excessiveness was found in July, September and November. Therefore, it should be strengthened for seasonal monitoring and managing the TN and NH3-N contents in Xixi wetland in the future.
