GC法测定30种黔产中药材中11种有机氯农药残留

Determination of 11 Organochlorine Pesticides Residue in Chinese Herbal Medicine from Guizhou by Gas Chromatography

建立了气相色谱法测定中药材饮片中11种有机氯农药残留的方法。色谱柱为LD-OV-1701(30m×0.32 mm×0.32μm),配备电子捕获检测器。结果表明,在0.02~0.30μg/mL范围线性关系良好(r】0.995),平均回收率为83.13%~112.18%,RSD为3.85%~11.57%。本方法检出限高、准确、快速,适用于30种黔产中药材中11种有机氯农药的测定。

The residues of 11 kinds of organochlorine pesticide(OCPs) in 30 Chinese herbal medicines from Guizhou were analyzed by gas chromatography. The column was LD-OV-1701 column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.32 μm); and the samples were determined by GC method with μ-ECD. The results showed a good linearity between 0.2~0.3 μg / mL(r>0.995). The mean recovery was 83.13%~112.18%; and RSD was 3.85%~11.57%. In conclusion, the method was simple, rapid, accurate for detecting OCPs in Chinese herbal medicine.
