GC法测定半湿法玉米胚挤压制油中脂肪酸的含量

摘要 为了测定半湿法玉米胚挤压膨化预处理制取的玉米油中的脂肪酸含量,采用毛细管气相色谱法,甲酯化后同时测定玉米油中棕榈酸、亚油酸、油酸、硬脂酸含量。结果表明,棕榈酸、亚油酸、油酸和硬脂酸含量分别为13.27%、54.47%、28.51%和1.84%。4种脂肪酸的回收率为92.3%~95.4%。该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可作为测定半湿法玉米胚挤压制油中4种脂肪酸含量的方法。 A method was established to determine the contents of fatty acids in corn oils made from extruded corn germ with semi-wet milling.By oil methyl esterizing pretreatment,the contents of palmitic acid,linoleic acid,oleic acid and stearic acida were simultaneously determined by capillary gas chromatography.The results showed that the contents of the 4 fatty acids were 13.27%,54.47%,28.51% and 1.84%,respectively.The recoveries of fatty acids in maize oil were ranging from 92.3% to 95.4%.The good sensitivity and recoveries confirmed that this method could be used for the analysis of fatty acids in corn oil.
