马铃薯全基因组LTR反转录转座子分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用LTR-FINDER软件对马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)全基因组中的LTR反转录转座子进行分析,共发现4 725个全长LTR反转录转座子,平均长度约7 393 bp,其中反转录转座子的LTR平均长度为786 bp,全长LTR反转录转座子总碱基数约占马铃薯全基因组碱基数的4.95%。系统发育分析结果显示马铃薯LTR反转录转座子具有较高的遗传多样性和异质性。 LTR retrotransposons in potato(Solanum tuberosum) genome were analyzed by LTR-FINDER software.Results showed that there were 4 725 full-length LTR retrotransposons with average length of 7 393 bp,accounting for about 4.95% of potato genome bases.The length of LTR in LTR retrotransposons was 786 bp.Phylogenetic tree showed that LTR retrotransposons of potato had high genetic diversity and high heterogeneity.
