摘要
从参赛动力的困惑、经费来源的困难、人才去向的困顿3方面探讨中国大学高水平运动队的运行困境。从组织机制、服务机制、动力机制等角度对比中美大学高水平运动队的运行机制,针对我国现状提出相应对策。
The article discussed the practice predicament of high level sports teams in Chinese universities from three aspects which are participating confusion of power,the source of funding difficulties and talent whereabouts frustrations,compared organizational mechanism of the high level sports teams between Chinese and American universities,and put forward related solutions.
