通过文献资料和逻辑分析法从不同角度介绍催眠术的定义、实质和发挥作用的机制,探讨催眠术和体育运动的关系、引用催眠术到体育教学中的方法和前景。
Through literature and logic analysis method to introduce the definition,essence and action of hypnosis from different angles,explore the relationship between hypnosis and sports and the ways and prospect of used hypnosis into physical education.
