摘要
采用逻辑分析法、教学实践法分析了转身变向篮球技术的运用,从力学原理、身体对抗原理分析了转身变向的技术原理构成,结合技术原理与教学实践经验对转身变向技术做出了系统性的探讨,为篮球在我国的体育教育中进一步普及提供文献性的借鉴。
This paper used the methods of logical analysis and teaching practice to analyze the utilization of basketball pivot dribble change technical.It analyzed the technical principle from the principles of mechanics and physical play,and did a systematical discussion by combined with the technical principles and teaching experience.The study provided a literature reference for the basketball education in China.
