摘要
运用文献资料、调查访问、实验验证、统计分析等研究方法,结合运动力学知识分析与研究陕西师范大学非体育专业学生在短跑运动中摆臂技术与短跑成绩的关系,探讨摆臂技术对提高短跑成绩的作用。
The paper combined article movement mechanics knowledge to analyze and research the relationship between dash pendulum arm technology and the sprint attainment of non-professional sports of Shanxi normal university students by used methods of literature data,survey,experiment and statistical analysis.Through it to discuss the effect of swing arm technology for improving sprint performance.
