摘要
探索了六周的悬吊训练对散打运动员下潜抱摔动作的影响,结论显示:悬吊训练可以明显提高散打运动员的核心力量和核心稳定性以及动作速度,改善神经肌肉的协调控制能力。
This paper explores the influence of six weeks′sling exercise training on descending hold-throw action of sanda athletes.The conclusion is that sling exercise training is beneficial to enhance sanda athletes′core power,core stability and action speed;moreover,it improves neuromuscular coordination control ability.
