摘要
通过文献资料、实验、测量、数理统计等研究方法探讨瑜伽运动对体育专业男生柔韧素质的影响。结论显示:瑜伽锻炼对男生柔韧性的改变效果好于慢跑练习。
The paper discusses the influence of yoga on the male college students′physical flexibility quality of physical education specialty by used the methods of literature data,experiment,measure and mathematical statistics.The consequence shows that yoga exercise on flexibility changes is better than jogging exercises.
