摘要
大学体育是培养健康合格人才的有效途径,但大学体育教学面临着新的挑战,如何适应新时代要求和社会需求,通过体育教学提高培养人才的质量,成为目前大学体育教学改革亟待解决的问题。
University physical education is an effect way for foster health qualified talents,but university physical education is facing the new challenge.How to adapt to the new requirements of the times and social demand and through physical education to improve the quality of talent training have become the issues urgently of university sports teaching reform.
