CUL4-DDB1泛素连接酶及其在HBV感染中的作用研究进展

摘要 我国是乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)的高流行区,约有近1.2亿人是HBV病毒携带者,病毒携带率高达总人口的10%左右。其中有很大比例将最终进展成肝硬化和/或肝细胞肝癌(Hepatocellular Carcinoma,HCC)[1]。因此,深入研究HBV及其编码蛋白在HBV感染及致病方面的分子机制,对HBV相关肝疾病的防治具有深远的意义。大量研究表明,HBx(Hepatitis B virus X gene)
