基于“卓越计划”的计算机专业企业培养方案的研究

Research on the Enterprise Training Scheme for Compter Professionals Based on the "Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers"

计算机专业"卓越工程师培养计划"是为了培养具有较强的工程意识和素质,在软件开发、软件测试和系统集成等方面具有工程实践能力,能够综合运用所学专业知识分析并解决计算机应用领域实际问题的优秀工程技术人才。分析该方案和计算机实践教学的现状,结合我院的实际条件,提出本科阶段实施该计划的企业培养方案,并对培养目标、学习内容、管理方法和考核方法进行探索。

'Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers' for Computer professionals is to train excellent engineering and technical talents who have strong engineering awareness and quality,the ability of engineering practice in software development,software testing and system integration,and who are able to use the professional knowledge they have learned to analyze and solve practical problems in the field of computer application.Based on of the present situation of the scheme and the computer practice teaching,as well as the actual conditions of our college,this paper proposes the enterprise training scheme for the implementation of the plan in the pattern of undergraduate,and studies the training objectives,learning content,management methods and assessment methods.
