摘要
以sni1突变体纯合子植株和哥伦比亚野生型植株为材料,研究了SNI1基因突变对植株生长发育的影响。结果表明:sni1植株较野生型植株矮小,叶片较狭长,其第3片叶的长度显著小于野生型植株的第3片叶的长度,宽度和叶面积极显著小于野生型植株的宽度和叶面积。sni1植株的莲座状叶与茎生叶都比野生型植株的少2~3片,其长角果极显著小于野生型植株的长角果,每个果荚中种子数量少于野生型植株果荚的种子数量。SNI1基因突变显著影响了拟南芥植株的生长、叶片和果荚发育。
The sni1 homozygote plant and col wild-type plant were used as materials to study the effects of SNI1 gene mutation on growth and development of Arabidopsis.The results showed that in comparison with wild-type plant,the sni1 homozygote plant was dwarf and had smaller and narrower leaves,its third leaf was obvious shorter and the width and the area of leaf were extremely smaller,and the rosette leaf and the stem leaf were 2~3 leaves less;its silique was extremely smaller,and seed number in each pod was also less.Therefore,SNI1 mutation extremely influences the growth of plant and the development of leaf and pod of Arabidopsis.
