水稻中耐低温胁迫的转录因子研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 水稻是一种对低温十分敏感的作物,低温严重影响水稻的产量。水稻中的一些转录因子通过调控相关功能基因参与水稻抗低温胁迫的信号传导,例如CBF/DREB类、MYB类、bZIP类和NAC类等转录因子家族在水稻抗低温胁迫过程中起重要调控作用。从这些转录因子的分子结构、作用方式与机理等方面综述了水稻转录因子在低温胁迫信号传导中的作用。 Rice is sensitive to cold stress which can seriously influence rice yields.There are some transcription factors(TFs) are involved in signal transduction of cold stress through regulating related functional genes,such as CBF/DREB,MYB,bZIP and NAC families,which play an important role in resistance to cold stress.The functions of rice TFs in signal transduction of cold stress were reviewed in terms of molecular structure,functioning patterns and mechanism of these TFs.
