湖南邵阳地区山银花SFE-CO_2萃取物成分的GC-MS联用法分析 被引量:2

Analysis of SFE-CO_2 Extract Compositions of Lonicera Confusa from Shaoyang Region of Hunan Province by GC-MS

摘要 以湖南邵阳地区的山银花为材料,采用SFE-CO2法萃取,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析萃取物,用面积归一化法测定了各萃取成分成分的百分含量,并比较了不同萃取参数对萃取成分测定的影响。结果表明:湖南邵阳地区山银花的萃取产物中共分离鉴定出44种组分,其中含量超过1%的组分占17种,以二十九烷的含量最高,达27.6%,而挥发油成分中棕榈酸的比例最高,含量占总萃取物含量10.2%。湖南邵阳地区山银花的油类物质含量高于国内其他地区,且首次发现山银花SFE-CO2萃取物中含有维生素E。SFE-CO2法不同参数下所得萃取物组成成分的含量差异较小,萃取温度和压力对测定萃取物成分影响不大。 The extract compositions of Lonicera Confusa,planted in Shaoyang region of Hunan province(Hunan Lonicera),were extracted by SFE-CO2 method,and then the extract were analyzed by GC-MS.Moreover,the percentage of each composition was determined by area normalization method,and the influences of different extraction parameters on extracted compositions were compared.The results showed that total 44 compositions were identified from the extracts of Hunan Lonicera,in which 17 compositions’ content were higher than 1%,and the content of nonacosane was the highest by 27.6%.Among volatile oil,hexadecanoic acid had the highest percentage,which accounted for 10.2% of total content.The oil content in Hunan Lonicera is higher than that of Lonicera Confusa from other areas,and vitamin E in SFE-CO2 extracts of Lonicera Confusa have determined for the first time in China.Moreover,there was a little difference in contents of extract compositions between different parameters of SFE-CO2 method,and the temperature and the pressure had little influence on extracted compositions.
