湖南浓香型烤烟产区主要化学成分比较

Comparison of Main Chemical Components between Full Flavor Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves from Different Main Tobacco Production Areas of Hunan Province

采集了湖南省江永县、衡南县、浏阳市、嘉禾县、隆回县等5个浓香型烤烟产区的B2F、C3F、X2F三个等级烤烟样本,分析了不同烟区烟叶的总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮、钾、氯的含量及钾氯比和糖碱比的差异。结果表明:江永烤烟的烟碱含量高,总氮、氯、钾、淀粉含量低;衡南烤烟的烟碱、淀粉含量高,糖含量低,糖碱比低;浏阳烤烟的总氮、氯、钾的含量高;嘉禾烤烟的糖含量高,烟碱含量低,糖碱比最高;隆回烤烟的糖、烟碱、钾、淀粉的含量较高。5个烟区之间总氮含量差异性不大,糖和氯的含量差异较大,其它化学成分也存在差异。

Three grades(B2F,C3F and X2F) of tobacco samples were collected from five main production areas of full flavor flue-cured tobacco in Hunan province(Jiangyong County,Hengnan County,Liuyang City,Jiahe County and Longhui County),the differences in contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen,potassium and chlorine,ratio of potassium to chlorine and ratio of sugar to nicotine in leaves from different tobacco production areas were analyzed.The results showed that the tobacco leaves from Jiangyong County had high nicotine content and low contents of total nitrogen,chlorine,potassium and starch;the tobacco leaves from Hengnan County had high contents of nicotine and starch,low sugar content and low ratio of sugar to nicotine;the tobacco leaves from Liuyang City had high contents of total nitrogen,chlorine and potassium;the tobacco leaves from Jiahe County had high sugar content,low nicotine content and the highest ratio of sugar to nicotine;the tobacco leaves from Longhui County had relatively high contents of sugar,nicotine,potassium and starch.Therefore,among five tobacco production areas,there was no significant difference in content of total nitrogen,but relatively huge differences in contents of sugar and chlorine,and there were also some differences in other chemical components.
