施氮量对豫中不同肥力区浓香型烤烟产质量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Nitrogen Fertilizer Rates on Yield and Quality of Full Flavor Style Tobacco from Areas with Different Fertilities in Central Henan Province

摘要 以浓香型烤烟品种中烟100为研究对象,试验研究了豫中烟区高中肥力不同施氮量对中烟100的产量、质量风格和产值的影响。结果表明:高肥力区产量大于中肥力区,且相同肥力区产量随施氮量增加而增加;均价和上等烟比例均随施氮量增加先升后降;施氮量对烟叶糖分和烟碱含量影响较大,高肥力区烟叶糖分降低与烟碱增加趋势大于中肥力区;评吸质量均以中等氮用量为佳;中肥力区烟叶的浓香型特征随施氮量增加而增加,而高肥力区则先升后降。可见,要充分提高中烟100品种的烟叶产质量,应针对不同肥力烟区控制适宜施氮量。 Taking full flavor style tobacco variety Zhongyan100 as experimental object to study the influences of different nitrogen fertilizer rates on yield,quality,style and output value of Zhongyan100 from high or medium fertility areas in central Henan province.The results showed that yield of tobacco from high fertility area was higher than that from medium fertility area,and the yield increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer rate in same fertility area.The mean price and high-quality ratio of tobacco leaves all increased firstly and then decreased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer rate.The nitrogen fertilizer rate affected the sugar content and nicotine content in tobacco leaves,and the decreasing tendency of sugar content and increasing tendency of nicotine content in tobacco leaves from high fertility area were larger than those in tobacco leaves from medium fertility area.The smoking quality of tobacco leaves was better in treatment with medium nitrogen fertilizer rate in all of areas.The full flavor style characteristics of tobacco leaves increased with increasing nitrogen fertilizer rate in medium fertility area,but firstly increased and then decreased in high fertility area.Therefore,the nitrogen fertilizer rate should be controlled according to different fertilities in order to improve the yield and quality of Zhongyan 100.
