野生与养殖的棘胸蛙免疫、抗氧化能力及能量蓄积的比较 被引量:3

摘要 以棘胸蛙作为研究对象,探讨了养殖环境胁迫,尤其是拥挤胁迫对棘胸蛙的身体指数、器官指数、能量、免疫和抗氧化等方面的影响。结果表明:养殖棘胸蛙除胃系数小于野生棘胸蛙,其他身体、器官指数均高于野生棘胸蛙;养殖棘胸蛙的肝糖原和机体脂肪含量均高于野生棘胸蛙;在免疫方面,两者呼吸爆发水平和血细胞吞噬活力基本一致,但是养殖棘胸蛙的胃溶菌酶极显著高于野生棘胸蛙;在抗氧化能力方面,养殖棘胸蛙肾脏和肝脏中TAA含量虽然不及野生棘胸蛙,但关键酶GLO活力极显著高于野生棘胸蛙。集约化的养殖条件会对棘胸蛙产生一系列的生理胁迫,在集约化养殖中可以通过加强营养和改善环境来减少或者消除这些不利影响。 The effects of culture environment stress,especially the crowding stress,on organ index,energy,immunity and antioxidant capacity of Quasipaa spinosa were researched.The results showed that all organ indexes of reared Quasipaa spinosa were higher than those of wild Quasipaa spinosa except the stomach coefficient;the reared Quasipaa spinosa had higher contents of hepatic glycogen and body fat in comparison with wild Quasipaa spinosa;for immunity,the wild Quasipaa spinosa and the reared Quasipaa spinosa had the similar level in respiratory burst and phagocytic activity,but the activity of gastric lysozyme in reared Quasipaa spinosa was extremely significantly higher than that in wild Quasipaa spinosa;for antioxidant capacity,the TAA content in kidney and liver in reared Quasipaa spinosa was less than that in wild Quasipaa spinosa,but the activity of key enzyme GLO in reared Quasipaa spinosa was extremely higher than that in wild Quasipaa spinosa.It can be concluded that the intensive culture conditions can generate a series of physiological stress to the Quasipaa spinosa,but these adverse effects can be reduced or eliminated through strengthening the nutrition and improving the environment during intensive culture.
