采用灰色综合评价法构建低碳乡村评价体系的研究

Construction of Evaluation System for Low-carbon Villages Based on Grey Comprehensive Evaluation Method

低碳在全球化气候变暖的背景下已经成为国际社会关注的热点问题,许多国家关注更多的是低碳城市和低碳经济,而乡村往往被忽略。目前,乡村地区低碳化研究较少,对低碳乡村评价指标体系的研究尚属空白。对国内外低碳经济和低碳社会研究文献进行了回顾和梳理,在此基础上,运用复合法筛选了低碳乡村评价指标,再采用灰色系统综合评价法结合评价要求和数据特征,尝试构建了低碳乡村指标评价体系和评价模型。

Low carbon has become a hot issue of international concern under the general background of global warming.However,many countries pay more attention to the construction of low-carbon cities and low-carbon economy,while neglect villages.At present,there are few researches on realizing low carbon in the rural areas,and none of them is about the evaluation system for low-carbon villages.Based on the reviewing researches about low-carbon economy and low carbon society in China and abroad,evaluation indexes for low-carbon village were screened using composite algorithm method,and then the index evaluation system and evaluation model for low-carbon village were constructed by grey comprehensive evaluation method according evaluation requirements and data characteristic.
