湖南农业现代化进程中的高职教育思考

Consideration on Higher Vocational Education during Agricultural Modernization in Hunan Province

分析了湖南农业现代化发展的优势、制约因素及实现农业现代化的人才需求,介绍了湖南农业高职教育现状,对湖南农业现代化进程中的高职教育发展进行了探讨。湖南农业高职教育应明确服务"三农"的办学定位,深化专业改革,重视现代农业实践教学,打造专业教师队伍,加强交流合作和创业教育,培养复合型人才,提升其服务湖南农业现代化发展战略的能力。

First at all,the advantages and restricting factors of developing agricultural modernization in Hunan province and the talent requirement for realizing agricultural modernization were analyzed.Then,the status quo of agricultural higher vocational education in Hunan province were introduced,and the development of higher education during agricultural modernization in Hunan province were discussed.In the end,some developing strategies were put forward that agricultural higher vocational education in Hunan province should clear the orientation of service for agriculture,farmer and rural area,deepen major reform,pay attention to practical teaching of modern agriculture,build team of professional teachers,and strengthen communication,cooperation and entrepreneurship education in order to training interdisciplinary talents,thereby improving their abilities of service for developing agricultural modernization in Hunan province.
