摘要
采用外源DNA花粉管导入方法将黑麦草DNA导入到水稻三系保持系V20B中,得到多份稳定后代株系,用不育系测交检测发现了一份恢复系10S396。采用极大似然分析方法,对该恢复系所含恢复基因的遗传行为进行分析。结果表明:恢复系10S396的恢复性状由单位点控制,等位基因间表现加性效应。恢复系10S396所含恢复基因的遗传行为是独特的。
Many stable lines were obtained after treating V20B(a CMS maintaining line) with total DNA of ryegrass by using pollen-tube path method,and a restoring line(10S396) was discovered in the process of testing on restoring trait.The genetic action on the restoring gene of 10S396 was analyzed by using maximum likelihood method.The results showed the restoring trait of 10S396 was controlled by one locu,and the allele showed additive effect.Therefore,10S396 was proved to obtain one restoring gene with unique genetic action.
