天津市土地集约利用评价及影响因素关联分析

Evaluation of Land Intensive Use in Tianjing City and Correlation Analysis of Its Influencing Factors

综合考虑经济、社会、生态以及管理绩效影响因素,构建了土地集约利用综合评价指标体系,在此基础上对天津市土地集约利用进行评价,并运用灰色关联分析方法计算了指标体系各个影响因素与土地集约利用程度的关联度。结果表明,经济因素对天津市土地集约利用影响最大,尤其是财政收入、财政支出、地均固定资产投资等方面。为提升土地利用集约度,建议采取拓宽财政收入、优化财政支出、坚持市场配置,提高土地招拍挂率、加强土地利用生态管理等措施。

Based on comprehensive consideration of influencing factors(economy,society,ecology and management performance),a comprehensive evaluation index system for land intensive use was constructed.Then,it was adopted to evaluate land intensive use in Tianjing city,and the correlation between each influencing factor of the index system and land intensive use degree was calculated using grey relational analysis method.The results showed that economy factor influenced land intensive use in Tianjing city the most,especially in financial revenue,financial expenditure and fixedassets investment per area.
