Transformation Modes for Achievements of Agricultural Technology in Hunan Province

加快农业科技成果转化有利于提升农业科技水平,提高农业劳动生产率,促进农民增收。湖南探索出政府主导型、市场主导型、科教部门主导型、中介组织主导型等多种行之有效的农业科技成果转化模式,使农业科技成果转化率明显提高。但是,现有转化模式还存在影响良性运转的制约因素,应该从优化农业科技管理、调整农业科研机构设置、健全农业科技推广体系、健全投资渠道、理顺分配关系、强化信息沟通网络等方面加以解决。

Promoting transformation of achievements of agricultural technology is beneficial to improve the level of agricultural technology,enhance the agricultural productivity and increase the income of farmers.There are several effective transformation modes for achievements of agricultural technology in Hunan Province,including government oriented,market oriented,science and education department oriented,intermediary organization oriented,etc.,thereby increasing transformation rate for achievements of agricultural technology significantly.However,there are some restricting factors in the transformation modes,and they should be solved from optimizing management of agricultural technology,adjusting structure of agricultural research institutes,perfecting extending system for agricultural technology,perfecting investment channel,straightening out distribution relations,and strengthening information communicating net.
