旅游踩踏对松树外生菌根的影响

摘要 旅游活动对生态环境造成了严重的破坏,微生物生态学是当今研究的热点学科之一。为了探讨旅游活动对张家界国家森林公园土壤微生物的影响,研究了旅游踩踏对松树外生菌根的破坏情况。结果表明:旅游踩踏会使松树外生菌根的形态受到影响,受到踩踏的松树外生菌根的外延菌丝数量明显少于没有受到人为踩踏的松树外生菌根,表明旅游活动对张家界国家森林公园的土壤微生物造成了破坏。 Ecological environment had been destroyed by tourism activities,and microbial ecology is one of the hot projects at present.In order to discuss the influences of tourism activities on edaphon in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park,the damage situations of tourism trampling to ectomycorrhizae of pine tree had been investigated.The results showed that the shape of ectomycorrhizae of pine tree was affected by tourism trampling;the number of extending mycelium on trampled ectomycorrhizae of pine tree was significantly less than that on non-trampled ectomycorrhizae of pine tree.Therefore,the tourism activities had damaged edaphon in the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.
